Add an outline view to Samsung notes

To whom this may concern, 

Could you relay this Samsung notes improvement suggestion: Add an "Outline View" or the "Navigation Pane" with the "Headings" option. In this view, you can see a hierarchical structure of documents based on headings, and you can collapse or expand sections by clicking on the small triangles next to the headings.
