Scrolling long messages

Hi 

I have a problem with scrolling long messages or emails on my galaxy. 

It used to work correctly but lately I noticed that when I scroll the screen it comes back all the time to the point where the cursor is. 

Can anybody help? 

Restarting my phone I already tried or chamge the keyboard aplication- didn't help.

It is all the same in many different aplications- even duolingo 😉 

Scrolling web pages is no problem. It occures only when typing.

I just did as you suggested. Unfortunately didn't work.
The problem still exists

@Kadia0987 Has it started to happen after some upate? Or maybe you happened to install some 3rd party app? Try to do the following:

Go to apps, then show system apps and find Android System Webview, open it, press 3 dots in the upper right corner and uninstall the update and then press "Storage" and clear cache and restart.

Actually after uninstalling this updates Android System Webview- it disappeared from the application list completely, but it does not bother me as long as the phone works correctedly.

As it solved the problem- do you know what action of mine caused it originally?
So that I would not repeat it again 🙂
