Upgrading to Android 12

I am trying to update my android 11 to the new version 12, while living in Germany. I am using a S10 but not getting update (where it says the phone is up to date), but all other S10s in Germany recieved the update.

I had bought the phone in Belgium and used it in Afghanistan in the past. 

This is what I get when I try to update:

Your software is up to date. 

Software update information • Current version: G973FXXSEFUL1 / G973FOXMEFUJ2 / G973FXXSEFUJ2 

Can someone please let me know how to update my phone?

You can try and update the phone via SmartSwitch. You need to connect it with your computer and install SmartSwitch on the pc.
I don't know the status for the Android 12 update in Belgium.
If the update is available in belgium you will get it to your device. It's because you boght it from there.

Sadly SmartSwitch also shows that the device is up to date.
What could be the next approach?

I guess the only thing is left is to wait for the Android 12 release in belgium

Well after checking my CSC code, it seems that since I last updated the firmware in Afghanistan (AFG), I have to wait for an update in there.
Is there any other way to switch my firmware other than flashing the phone through ODIN?
