How do I recover my deleted photo and video if I also deleted from Trash by mistake.

I did this procedure with and sd card and usb drive and it worked i don't know with a phone, but if you want to try it and you are a little bit skilled with the pc it's fast and easy

You can do it on Linux with photorec
You have to do a live usb with Linux if you don't have it already or if you don't have installed on a PC already and then download photorec (the recovery file program, it's for photos but works with documents, photos, audios, etc.)

There a guides online on how to do it, with every file recovery method it's not 100% guaranteed that you'll retrieve all the files, when i did it i recovered all the files

The presence of the Trash function in the Gallery app has the specific function of ensuring the recovery of items that have been removed inadvertently.

When the elements are deleted from Trash, the items are completely removed from the system and can no longer be recovered.

The only way to recover your photos and videos is to check if they were stored on a cloud, such as Google Photos or Microsoft OneDrive. Have you tried accessing these services? Both apps are preinstalled on your device.

Furthermore, you can recover the data if you have previously performed a backup on your PC with Smart Switch or if you have saved the contents on an external device (microSD). If you saved the data with Smart Switch, to recover the data just do the opposite:

• connect your device with the PC
• open Smart Switch on PC
• choose "Restore function"
• select the category you want to recover (Photos, Videos or more)
• start the process
