Sketch to draw not in my 6.1 update UK S23 Ultra

I've got the S23 Ultra, it has the 6.1 update and has the AI generative edit tool, where you can move things in pictures. But no sketch to image. It looks like there is no reason I don't have it, everything is up to date and I have tried all the things recommended online.

Please help.

I to have no galaxy ai option in settings and no sketch to draw everything is up to date!

It is O2 and directly bought from Samsung earlier this year. I don't remember an update but it could have done. It says it's the most up to date version, and it was last updated 4th September
