An interesting development as Microsoft Adds Deep Research Tools into its AI Chatbot App. of course there have been a number of reasoning models introduced across a number of AI apps and Microsoft's approach focuses on the programs Research and Analyst. Microsoft's tools are a bit different is that the model can access work Data in addition to the web. Researcher can use third party data from AI agents and apps such as Confluence,ServiceNow and Salesforce. Accuracy though could still be challenging.
I remember a few years ago I had to write a big essay and I had to do all the research myself and think the sentences on my own, the more we advance into the future, looks like AI is going to do some of that work. Not to mention that back in those days some people were already using Chat GPT world wide, I didn't want to use it.
Certainly AI can be a great tool and I am sure there will be incredible advances over the years, need to be safeguards though. Certainly would not want to lose creativity though and it is about finding the Balance.

I like the policy that Grammarly use. I think they have thought it well. They allow creativity, they allow you to edit text, but they are cautious about plagiarism and make you think for yourself while still using a smart tool.
