Warranty on phone cases?

So i received my case with my launch day Z Flip the case has fallen apart due to manufacturing defect but I've been told there is no warranty on accessories. is this true??

"The warranty applies on the electronic products. But we offer cooling off period for 28 days. This applies on the non electronic devices too. But since the order is past the cooling period, we can no longer request a replacement."

you can see the case is still in good condition
