Samsung Duo Charger Flashing lights

I have the Samsung Duo wireless charger, I unplugged and moved it and it started flashing orange, I looked it up and this is the error for using the wrong type of wall adapter, I'm using the one it came with and one thats worked in the past, I've tried the same adapter I used for my phone, same problem. Any Ideas? 

Strange note: When trying to flip the USB C the charger doesn't even light up, it charges my phone fine

I was going to say consider a different cable
Would suggest using a Samsung cable
The usbc seems slightly different because not all cables will work properly on my Samsung stuff
Sometimes cables just stop working for whatever reason

[Wireless charger]

I have Samsung original 65w adapter with original cable and it still randomly flash the red light when I put my ear buds 3 pro. Even I take off it still keeps flashing until I turn it off and back on. It randomly happens, not regularly. Does this duo support 65w adapter?
