I either turn on airplane mode or shut off mobile data and then turn on Wi-Fi and bluetooth but it will not connect.
It works when I turn mobile data back on.
Does this mean that the Smart Tag only works via cellular mobile data and not WiFi?
I live in an area with spotty cellular coverage and to keep my phone from constantly searching for a 5g signal, I either turn off mobile data or use airplane mode and turn on WiFi and bluetooth after doing that to avoid battery drain.
