Hi,
A year ago I have got Samsung Galaxy Buds FE from Samsung Nederland as a Promo, with two years warranty. Delivery is completed with an e-mail from Samsung with an URL to download the invoice. Now I cannot apply for repair because the download URL does not work anymore.
How can I get my invoice downloaded?

It is not possible to contact Samsung customer support because there is no contact tel number on Samsung website and the Whatsapp URL from Samsung support site doesn't work anymore. However I have got their tel number from sales, the only service that was live
An excuse was that the website doesn't work properly. Thanks anyway...
