Advice on chargers...

A couple of my chargers (not samsung branded) have sparked, and the cable and plug have been getting very warm, does anyone have a suggestion on what might help?

Samsung do recommend to use their own original chargers and cable. Might be a good idea to purchase one of their own from their website.

In short ~ Stop using them because if the phone malfunctions and the way of charging is found to be the case i.e the usb-c port is damaged then it's likely Samsung would charge for the repair. 

For safety I also would suggest to purchase an oem Samsung Charging Brick and cable.

Simply? Bin them.

We always recommend Samsung branded chargers for safety reasons (be aware of imitations being sold on eBay).

and amazon aswell, a quare few 3rd party sellers claiming to sell original chargers but their fakes, some work but some don't.

I only use genuine Samsung original accessories and charging bricks.

I prefer for you too go to the samsung store website or in reality, and buy a samsung cable, they are more safer, just remember turn the plug off when your sleeping, it could explode
