Flagship S24 Ultra is not a flagship

They did it again I wanted to test the Smartag2 and after watching a lot of videos I bought one. Just to find out that the AR on the S24Ultra doesn't work. It works on all the lesser models but not there Flagship S24 Ultra. So seeing the couldn't get it to work they have changed the the pubblicità saying it doesn't work for certain phones. 😥 They just try to sell as much as they can and get your money. They could care less if your not happy. So even if they lose a few customers it doesn't effect them.

Why are you saying a smarttag 2 don't work? Which issue did you get, specifically? Actually, i have two smarttags 2, binded to a Galaxt S24+. They work flawlessly.

dal momento che anche in un altro post avevamo interloquito in italiano, ti risponderò in italiano visto che ci troviamo nella Community italiana.

Capisco il tuo disappunto per la situazione, ma devo confermarti che le specifiche d'uso per lo Smart Tag2 non prevedono, con la famiglia Galaxy S24, l'uso della componente AR.

Lo Staff resta a disposizione per ogni altra necessità.

Questo lo so che non funziona questo e perche non sono riuscito a farlo funzionare e allora hanno cambiato la pubblicità. Poi il punto e perche comprare un Flagship se poi certe funzioni sono disponibile solo su modelli inferiori.

A me lo smart tag 2 funziona perfettamente sia su S23 ultra che S25 ultra

Lo si che funziona tranne il AR nella funzione find. Poi io ho, come è scritto, S24 Ultra.
