Hi, I gave my Samsung earbuds that were 5 months old (and under warranty) to Samsung repair shop in Netherlands. After investigation, they mentioned that the fault does not fall under warranty specifications (internal damage). So now they are charging me for the invstigation efforts wroth 40 euros.
Is that fair? Isnt investigation also covered under warranty? Has anyone has any similar experience?
