How can I change the settings in Samsung's One UI 7 so that swiping down from the top of the screen opens both the notification panel and quick settings (e.g., brightness, Wi-Fi) simultaneously, instead of the current split where the left side opens notifications and the right side opens quick settings? It's so annoying.
