Hi team,
My Samsung account requires two-factor authentication and I do not receive the SMS on my phone, failed to all three numbers from different service providers. My country is Timor-Leste and country code is +670, we have 8 digits phone number after this the country code is something like 77 xxxxxx, or 73 xxxxxx, or 76 xxxxxx but none of them receive the code, I suspect there is a routing issue.

I am actually login using different account just to be able to post on this community, I don't have any phone code tied to this account.
I am not able to login to the account in question because I can't receive the code on my phone as part of the MFA.

Hi @GeoPan ,
I did exactly as the instruction, but I am unable to receive the SMS code, at the same time, I can receive OTP in the form of SMS from other online service such Facebook, Twitter, Google, Microsoft, Tiktok etc. I was able to register this number long ago but now would like to configure Samsung account in another phone, sadly I also don't the old phone where it was configured earlier.
Is there a way we can reset the to default setting?
