Have you abandoned the wheelchair users?, I can't see any specific challenges or wheelchair based fitness activities. Look what Apple watch is presenting.
Your watch may be "PRO" but the fitness software running it, is in the 17th century, Shall we keep up with Apple/Garmin?

Thanks for bringing this up. It's super important and this feedback will be passed on as we look to improve our services for ALL.

We're looking to get everyone involved in the discussion and we'll be looking to hear from you, especially via https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/accessibility/bd-p/uk-accessibility

We are listening!

Hello @SocietyGurl, just tried to follow your link twice and it didn't work, but did prompt with the appropriate security warning.
But this is part of a wider communication issue I flagged elsewhere yesterday. You've just flagged one of a large number of different access points fir the customer base. Way too many for us to remember and access when we have something useful(?) to propose. What we really need is a single access point, just like the Error Reporting process, for potential service improvements.

Apologies @SocietyGirl, my spelling gets worse with age.

Thanks @robd1 . The link works here, I've tried various devices and browsers too. Are you happy to share which you are using? Might be worth PM'ing me a screenshot.

As for the different access points for feedback, it all goes to the same place, so it's not a case of finding 'the best' place to suggest something/communicate with us, but to have the option of choosing what is right for you. We'd then take it from there and then feedback where appropriate. I know it's ironic, but feedback is welcome on the Community, our socials or whatever you feel is best.

EDIT: Don't worry about spelling, we all make mistakes and we're all aging :winking-face:

Hello @SocietyGirl, Chrome is my default, your link is just taking me back to Samsung Members home page, I'll check my security settings. I appreciate the central gathering of comments, being an ex IT Manager, but for us end users spread about the world a single point of access is so much easier. I'm not talking about a Virtual Help Desk, but I believe that Service Improvement requests alongside Error Reporting would benefit Samsung and its customer base.

Thanks for that. Fine for me in Chrome, maybe an extension blocking it? See if it's the same on other web browsers/devices, I've tried again and all good.

And yep, feedback taken - thankyou (I'm keen not to hijack this thread, so feel free to PM me or I can comment on your other thread :smiling-face: )

Thanks so much for your support, as a new customer to Galaxy watch (5 pro Lte) I am kind of "walking around" and finding some obvious and glaring areas where Samsung Galaxy watch teams need to pay attention. Above is one of those areas and should have corrected it years ago, anyway, as you know, better late than never

If there is any way you can support, the general strength training activities app, there is no place to add Weight, for example, if one does Deadlift, Samsung credit the user with "time spend standing up".. Rather than how much the person "lifted".. This is a school boy error from Samsung which needs corrections

Pratically the watch app and Samsung health app is so much absolutely so much behind in comparison to Apple or Garmin and together with not having adequate 3rd party backup.. We feel abandoned by Samsung.
