S10e Fingerprint sensor problems!

Ivy had my S10e about 2 months now and my Fingerprint Scanner is unresponsive. When I touch the side pad in an app, my print is not recognized. I get a clean the pad message, I clean the pad and still my fingerprint is not recognized, then the app just tells me to put in my pin. I've redone my prints several times and still no response! Help!

Do you have any screen protector on the phone @My10e  ?

 

Also yesterday my N10+ 5G received a software update to improve its fps.

 

Looking at other posts on forums so have other people.

 

Please check in your Settings and Software Updates Section.

 

To add a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre can run a diagnostic if needed too.

The screen protector is the one Samsung put on the phone . The fingerprint sensor is on the side on the "On/Off button.
