Finger print sensor inaccurate (Note 9)

First Poster

I am wondering if anybody else experienced this. After programming finger prints, they work for some time, but with time the sensor is less and less accurate and rejects to recognize them more and more often. I ended up reprogramming them every few months. I also noticed that finger prints that are not used stop working at all after some time (but even the ones used a lot become annoyingly less and less accurate to the point that the sensor stops recognizing them). As a comparison I must say that my iPhone remembers finger prints all the time and they don't loose accuracy so don't blame my fingers). It's annoying in a 1000 pound phone.

I set up at least 2 same fingerprints for the same finger on my phone so the phone has a better chance of recognising my finger.

A Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre can run a diagnostic test on the phone too.
