Hello everyone, how do I change my location so that I could add my card in my wallet. My phone is just asking zip code to update but I am here in UK so there is only postcodes and inserting post code doesn't work. Any suggestions thank you

Hey there, is your phone imported/bought in a different region? if so it means you cannot change its location, also might explain why your device hasn't gotten any updates.

Yes it is from USA. We cant do anything to this?

You could potentially change the CSC but that option is fraught with difficulty and best left to tech experts.

It could also invalidate any warranty and create other issues.

It isn't something we usually recommend on here but it is a nuclear option.

You will get updates eventually, just only when they released in the US. Which is sometimes earlier or later than here

I have a US GW5 Pro, it worries fine here
