I've cleaned sim card and powered off phone still the same. It's a s21 5g phone

Not dropped it or anything tried to give it a clean 

Is there anyway to fix this

There's a few things to try

Settings>connections >sim manager. Toggle off/on SIM 1
Turn on/off airplane mode
Settings>general management >reset >reset mobile network settings
Contact your network provider and check status of network etc

Where did you get your device from and when?

Has the IMEI been blocked?

@gg1112 does your sim card work in another phone ?

If not then your network can provide a blank sim card to perform a sim swap to. 

Does another sim card work in the phone ?

Does the issue happen in a certain area or everywhere ?

Try resetting the network connection via Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset Network Settings. 

In a dual sim phone a person can try the sim card in the secondary sim slot. 

There is a diagnostic tool found in your Samsung Members App. 

As a last resort back up and factory reset. 

A Samsung Service Centre can assess your phone.
