Watch not showing British Summer Time when viewing Workout Display

Watch recently auto adjusted for  British Summer Time (+1 0n GMT). Main display has correct time but the workout display shows GMT. How can I change the time or is it the location?

@Chiefy47: Apologies for the delay in getting back to you. On the Galaxy Watch itself, please head to Settings > General > Date and time, and set this to 'Automatic'. Please note that this option is only available when your watch is not connected to your phone via Bluetooth. Alternatively, on the connected phone, please head to Settings > General management > Date and time > Automatic date and time > On > Automatic time zone > On. This should display the correct time in your region, as provided by your network.
