Smart tag - Unresponsive

So two of my standard tags are unresponsive, can't connect or be found sat next to my mobile, it too over 4hrs to just show up but as per the screen shot unable to track or use any functions, battery one one suffient the other is higher.

Any thoughts?

I had issues with mine a few years ago, after changing the battery it wouldn't connect.

Lucky I got mine through Amazon and I called their support and they replaced it after running through troubleshooting

I purchased all mine direct from Samsung, i had purchased more batteries so changed it in one tag and it is fine now (so much for the low battery alerts), the other tag is in the house but i cannot find it.

I checked my other Smart Tag+ battery was low, but no warning, can't find the other assume the battery is also dead.
