Samsung watch classic 6 battery not holding charge

Brought my watch on Sunday got two hours of battery. 

Monday charged watch turned on at 6am for work by 10am it was dead.

Same thing again today Tuesday. 

Someone help. I have followed all the links and videos I can find to preserve the battery however being a brand new watch I believe this is a faulty product.

As my old watch 3 I can still get 2 days worth of change out of and it's 3+ years old.

Maybe it is a cable charge wire problem. Like maybe the charging cable that you are right now using for your Samsung Watch maybe not working so well maybe it broke down or something like that maybe just try buying an all new charging cable.

I received mine about two weeks ago and it seems to have been optimised to about 3 days. I do have a few features switched off which I do not use.

Even if you had features switched off, it should last more than two hours! I would suggest contacting support. They can pick it up for repair and deliver it back to you.
