@Bruce Johnson: When creating a new alarm on your Galaxy Watch6, you will be required to set the stipulations for each individual alarm, so it won't be possible to default to a silent/vibrate only option. You may wish to head to Settings > Sounds and vibration, and set this to 'Vibration', however this will also affect the other notifications on your device.
