Samsung Watch 5 wont get out of SOS mode

I can't get my Samsung Watch 5 out of SOS mode. I already did a hard reset, there's nothing in settings, and I can't figure it out. I use wifi only and it's never done this before

@Joshua0412: I'm not sure what you mean by 'SOS mode'. SOS is a feature that allows you to quickly connect with an emergency contact, but it shouldn't be active all the time, or prevent you from interacting with the Watch features.

If you're finding that you're accidentally enabling SOS requests, then please head to Settings > Safety and emergency > SOS with Home Key, and toggle this option off. If a siren icon with an exclamation mark appears on screen, tap the screen and select 'Stop sharing > Tick'.

Sometimes it goes into SOS mode. I've checked in settings and no way to turn it off. I've looked and there's no way to turn it off. I've done hard resets and even un-installed and reinstalled. Last time, I had to turn it off for hours before it turned off.
