atest Samsung health app update for watch has removed option to save or share activities as a GPX file. This used to be fairly straightforward but now can only share a PNG of a picture of the generic image from the app and not the GPX file?! What's that about. How do we get to GPX now Samsung.... Huge oversight by the app update team. Sort it out or I'll be getting a Garmin.

Click the activity you wish to export. So you are on the summary screen of that activity, then three dots top right of the screen.
