Samsung Buds2 Pro with Samsung Book2 - Microphone Issues

Made a number of attempts to use my Buds2 Pro with the laptop for meetings, but the microphone level was barely audible to others, trying all the various settings the same. Using my Jabra 65 earbuds is fine.

Anyone any ideas ?

Update, i ordered wired Samsung USB headset, they work fine, but i noticed again when testing the microphone no input has a detectable jack (i would assume BT devices do not, but surely a wired does).
