Solved: Problem with my left earbuds 2 pro

OK so my left buds accidentally fell off and then stopped work it won't charge or anything the case does even light up when I charge it but my right side always falls but still works and they are both fully charged so I don't understand why it doesn't work anymore and it didn't fall that hard plz someone help I got them only for 5 months 😭😭😭

Give it a clean with tech wipes and the contacts inside the faseb

Check the charging posts in the case and the 2 charging points on the Earbuds. They might have been damaged or just need a clean.
