Is it possible to link older galaxy watch 42mm to newer phones ?
I changed my s10+ to s23 and i can't link my older watch to phone anymore.

What i looked up from google there's change that samsung sucks and they don't want to ppl use older devices anymore.

Have you backed up your watch and reset. Then try to pair it to your s23. You will need to reset the watch first if you haven't done so all already. It may be because it's still paired to your s10+.

Multiple times and even phone says that there is new device that you could connect to your phone. Everything else is fine in process but phone stays on preparing connection state.

Here's a link for trouble shooting steps. I have found a link for the gear not being supported when the s21 series came out. So it may well be that the galaxy watch 42mm is no longer supported on the latest phone now too.
