Is there Nickel in the stainless steel for the Galaxy Watches?

Specifically the Galaxy Active Watch and the Galaxy Watch 3. I have a severe nickel allergy and wish the specs would list if the stainless steel had nickel in it or if it was surgical stainless steel as surgical stainless steel does not have nickel in it. Please any help is appreciated.

I am also having this issue.   I am allergic to nickel and my wrists are irritated and peeling.  I am now just using my watch for activities only as opposed to wearing it daily and sleeping in it.
