I have into Running and Strength Training for the last 20 years but more consistent for the last 5 years and really going hard at it
I have always or generally managed my weight overall and now I am in a mission to get 6 packs 🤣🤣... I am doing well and working on the last 2, which is always the hardest for that my target is 10% BF, anything lower is not healthy for the body
I am not obsess but aggressively monitoring what I eat, for example more Carbs before my 10km running day etc
If you are into this area, Definitely have at least 1 day of hard cardio day (minimum 1hr) ideally 2, but most importantly select something you love to repeat
Then, be generally aware or monitor what you eat, I did have 3 KFC meals this month for that I did one additional 1hr punishment cardio 🤣🤣🤣... So enjoy life too, turn it to a fun game play with your body and mind and always you BE THE BOSS
