GW6 doesn't show how long it takes to fall asleep

My watch isn't tracking sleep right when I get to bed, so I can't see how long it takes me to fall asleep. It seems like it doesn't start until my phone turns off (I listen to a show until I fall asleep). Any way to change this setting?

Try putting your phone and watch in sleep mode before you go to bed, see if that fixes it
