Galaxy Watch 'App list' NOT loading

• Hi i have a Galaxy Watch 4 Classic LTE (SM-R895F) when i go to Settings > Apps > Apps list 
  

Nothing loads, its just stuck on the loading wheel icon 

Is there a fix /solution for this?

I have the same issue on my watch 6, very surprised that this is a problem. You can go through galaxy wear and change settings through there though.
