Hello community!
I'm experiencing a strange failure on my galaxy watch active. The screen doesn't work at all. I tried restarting, factory reset, disabling features and reenabling, etc. I tried all the suggestions I found around. Nothing works.
The watch works fine and does everything else.
I thought there was some damage on the screen at the begining, but then I noticed that the always on display works fine. So I have this feature enabled and the screen works perfect when AOD is active. Of course, as soon as I press any button or the watch tries to show any other content on the screen, it shows nothing.
Any guidance?
