galaxy watch 4 diagnostic

Trying to download diagnostic app for the watch here but it has been spinning since yesterday 

So any advice how to stop it or else please 🙏

Hi @Aliseifi , you may have already try this but would you be able to restart the watch and try again? Is the watch connected to your phone when that happens?

Yes I have done it a few times also the watch is connected but still no joy
