Galaxy Buds2 Pro high pitch ringing when noise cancelling

Hi,

I have a brand new pair of Galaxy Buds2 Pro, and as soon as I turn noise cancelling on (even with nothing playing) I get a high-pitched ringing of about 16900 Hz in both ears.

I find the headphones really need the noise cancelling as the passive noise rejection is much worse than my Buds+.

Is there anything I can try before getting a refund?

You can try a reset (See the link below), but best to return them for a new pair.

What mobile are you using and is it with or without audio ?

Restart or reset your Samsung earbuds
