Galaxy buds 2 pro

Every time I use my buds 2 pro, it lasts only 3 hours without ANC or ambient. Is this normal? It's been only 10 days.

This is happening every single time, and around 6-7 times in the past 10 days. 

What should I do now?

@suriya20: Are you making sure to fully charge the Buds2 Pro before you use them? To do so, place the Buds in the charging case, making sure that the charging contacts are aligned, then close the lid and connect the USB cable to the USB port, and plug it in. To check the battery status, make sure the Buds are connected to your phone, then open the Galaxy Wearable app, where the battery percentage for the Buds and case will be displayed.
