Hi @Xindic Whilst earbuds may require an update have accumulated debris, sound quality may be affected by low Battery as described in the article @xSteveuk posted. However a few other things you could try., obviously advisable to clean the buds regularly but best to check all the sound settings and if necessary reset or unpair and start the process again. Sometimes though a change of tip may be desirable. More detail on resets in this article, you do not mention which Buds you have but should be applicable. https://www.headphonesty.com/2021/08/reset-galaxy-buds/ Possibly if still can not get them to work properly may need to contact Samsung Support.
