Hi @Xindic Whilst earbuds may require an update have accumulated debris, sound quality may be affected by low Battery as described in the article @xSteveuk posted. However a few other things you could try., obviously advisable to clean the buds regularly but best to check all the sound settings and if necessary reset or unpair and start the process again. Sometimes though a change of tip may be desirable.
