So I ordered the note 20 ultra back in August and received then went to claim my earbuds live got the evoucher code on the 23rd of September and went to use only to be told it has expired. Being ringing and emailing samsung to no avail will never being getting a Samsung again after this yous are a joke of a company

I'm afraid you just missed your promotion time frame. The Note20 Ultra is the best on the Market so leaving Samsung doesn't make sense

well got sorted today and a pair is being sent out to me. plus I would rather good customer service then a good phone
