Hi so my chase lights up green when it's plugged on charge, but the app it's dead. No light on inside when the buds are in to charge, but they're not charging and it's saying the case is dead also. I tried to reset it last night didn't work, I've cleaned it all. I've sat it on my oh wireless power share and it's saying its full. As I expected. I don't know what to do now 😕
Green light comes on when I open and close the case, no red or green light inside is coming on at all. How can I fix this? I'm assuming the case is faulty
any help would be appreciated
I don't have any money to replace them, my wired ones broke and I'm really sad lol i love my music
