You may also wish to unpair and re-pair the Buds via Settings > Connections > Bluetooth > On > Tap the cog to the right of your Buds > Unpair > Toggle Bluetooth off, then on again > Place the Buds in the charging case, close the lid for 3 seconds, then open it to automatically enter pairing mode, and follow the on-screen prompts.
