After only SIX hours of wearing the new Samsung Galaxy PRO 5 watch, I have been suffering for four days and counting. Pictures in order of Day one, day two, day three, and day four. My skin is of the normal type, and I have no known allergies.

My advice would be to contact Samsung Customer Support and have them look into this.
Make sure you give them all the information they need.
If you have a Samsung Experience Store near you, it will be worth booking an appointment for the to look into this
Maybe send a DM to one of the Moderators of the community as well

Thank you. I kept all serial numbers, etc, and we have contacted the Samsung store, who agreed to refund the watch. That's it so far. I will keep the line of communication open.

Hi there get yourself a Garmin watch a bit more expensive but I got 1 in November and never had any marks or burns it must be cheap parts or something Samsung uses on their watches thanks

Did they ask you to sign a waiver imdemnifying them from any future claims from the burns? I also had similar burns but no refund without signing a disclaimer
