Although I love my watch 6 classic, there are aspects which are disappointing. I bought a blood pressure monitor to calibrate my watch. Now even though doing this the watch gets to 98% of the reading, then it fails. I've removed the watch and rubbed my wrist as the watch states and still it fails to read.
I know this isn't a medical instrument, but surely it should working better than it is. I've had it since November 23 and to be honest. If I'd known it would fall as often as it is. I would have returned it. So much promise and so little delivery on the promised functions.

Odd I have found the 5 and 6 reasonable, with few reads errors, over a year.

Best ensure sensors are clean and watch is snug and a finger width from your wrist bone.

Calibration is a pain, but monthly, use it as purely directional.

I know it's all clean and calibrated and fitting snuggly. The diagnostics are all normal. I'm not expecting perfection but six times this morning Iver tried this to no avail.

Must be something wrong with it, best if you can contact Samsung or the seller

Everything else is working, the blood o2 does take a while sometimes but it will read. So I'm at a loss.

Tattoos can affect reading things like this if you have any. Dark tattoo colours apparently make the issue worse.
I know different companies have software to help reduce the problem. But it doesn't work for everyone

Hey @Ginsing64

Have you tried updating the watch software, to ensure it's all up to date? Often times, a little bug in the system can mess things around! If you haven't yet, first head into the Play Store Galaxy Wearable Update (if there's an update available). Then, head into Galaxy WearableSelect Watch settings Select Watch software update Select either Install now or Install overnight
