When will the Check your network setting error be fixed?

It's 2024 and this problem is still not fixed from complaints I've seen dated 2019. Are you kidding me? I love the Outersphere channel but all of a sudden all I get is "There was a problem while trying to play the Samsung tv plus channel. Check your network settings or try again later." I've check my entire network and reset my tv three times. What gives, Samsung?

Hi @StarCross  have you noticed the problem only being with Samsung Tv Plus?  Have you tried Rebooting Router (unpligging from mains) for 30 seconds?  

Another idea is to change the DNS settings.   Go to  Network-Network Settings-DNS Settings.   Change from Automatic to   to 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4.  (the google servers)   or alternatively  Open DNS  208.67.222.222 or 208.67.220.220
