Hello 

I have a 30 month old 70" TV which has stopped working.

I'm pretty sure I got a free 5 year warranty with RGB direct.Ive contacted them and they don't want to know will Samsung do anything to help me?

Your contract is with the company you bought the TV from so if they were offering a 5 year warranty they the ones to contact.

I suspect IF there was a 5 year warranty, it would likely have been insurance backed so you may need to find out who the insurers are....

My TV won't turn off it has a black screen which intermittently turns grey and buzzes quite loud.
If I were to try and fix it myself does this sound like a power board problem?
