I have a 55s92c 0led connected to a s800b

Picture and sound comes from virgin 360box

Wired up with eArc high speed cables. 360 box output- follow content

Settings on tv.

Hdmi earc mode- auto

Digital output audio format-auto

Sound feedback low

Similtaneous optical output - o (not used)

External device manager _ anytime+(Hdmi-cec)

Dolby atmos available via tv speaker but not with soundbar or Tv+soundbar

Any suggestion woyld be appreciated

S800b doesn't have Earc? Try connecting it via WIFI instead, add to the SmartThings app then TV you can change the output to WiFi

Thanks. I had tried that before no joy. I used the remote which i found easier although the tv is on smart things as a matter of interest my 800b hdmi is marked arc

Hmm shouldn't be, I think you need to add it via the app to get the WiFi one tk work
