I am not sure if this problem is addressed anywhere else or if other people find it to be a problem at all. I'd like to suggest placing a physical LOCK button or switch on TV remotes.
Like I said I'm not sure how much of a problem it is for others but I've lost count of how many times I accidentally sit on it or it falls into my couch and when I retrieve it, it either cuts my TV off, changes my current app or performs several other unwanted actions.
