I need to know how to prevent the TV Plus from resetting the channel that I am on. I am autistic and it is immensely frustrating to turn the TV on and be hit with something that I do NOT want to see and hear, even for the few moments that it takes to switch to an app.
I have had a single list of favorite channels that has regularly been cleared ever since purchasing this TV. When that began I tried just leaving the TV on my chosen channel but then I'd turn it on periodically to find my channel had changed to something that I really do not want to see and hear. For example, right now everything has reset and I turned on the TV expecting Pittsburgh Weather Nation but instead got Heartland.
I've search online and found no solution. I've looked at the app to see if there's a way to see, save, remake my list more easily... Please, someone tell me that there is a solution or easy work-around.
