Dunno if It s related but i can Say that my previous 2011 Samsung TV had similar issue.
When attached to soundbar (and used ad a PC monitor via HDMI) 90% no audio if i started PC before TV
Always had to OR reboot PC OR use Key combination shift+ctrl+WIN+ b to restart HDMI driver

Here is requested info:
Info about the issue (e.g. info about the connected devices, how they’re connected):
First of all, here is a large community topic about the issue: https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/QLED-and-The-Frame/Update-1402-5-is-a-DISASTER/m-p/2836402#M2632...
I have the issue with TV QN800C + Soundbar HW-S800B. After updating to 1402.5 I have random sound drops (every 30 mins or so). I've tried all possible connection types with the soundbar (WiFi, HDMI eARC) and in different modes.
First encounter was with Plex (and I thought that was the problem). Then I switched back to built-in DLNA content browser, played a few movies (different ones) and had the same issues. Then I decided that it could be some LAN/WiFi connection problems and put all those movies to an external SSD drive and connected it with USB right into Once Connect Box - and had the same issue again.
So, the problem is not related to some app or internet/LAN connection.

Just going to to add in that I'm on 1402.5 and having the same sound drop-out issues. Only occurs on the TV and, yes, I have a soundbar in use.

No issues with sound dropping out from my QN90C 43in with firmware 1402.5. Either from tv speakers, Optical out, or HDMI ARC to a soundbar (non-Samsung soundbars, do not own Samsung sound bar) USA

Just to confirm, I'm only experiencing this with the built in digital TV receiver - external sources works just fine. Is this the same for you?

you mean via the coaxial Antenna tv? Or the tv's built in apps like Samsung TV Plus? I am using a Apple Tv via HDMI. I can hook back up my antenna to the tv and see if there are any issues with OTA tv here, either with ATSC 1.0 or 3.0 stations.

Yes, the coaxial TV (sorry, forgot about Samsung's TV Plus!). As I say, it's the only thing experiencing drop-outs for me, with everything else just fine.
