Is it possible to roll back from this update as I am experiencing bugs and a loss of some features with this update.?

Hi @JAMES4578 , a quick question:
I know that you dont work for Samsung but you sometimes happen to have good intel. The thing is, in my TV (RU7100) it automatically installed a new firmware, numered 1420. In service menu it says "TIZEN-5.0-TRUNK2019-MuseL-HOTFIX-RELEASE_20240130.1(Release)". In here it says that this update is a HOTFIX (posibbly for the previous version 1409).
Do you know if there is ANY way to contact some sort of development group of SAMSUNG where I can report the bug introduced in this latest version?. Support from my continent is obssesed with making me pay for a new mainboard, not acknowledging that the problem was introduced by the firmware. I need to speak to someone who can hear my feedback, and the tests i've done.
The BUG in this case is related with the "lipsync" of the TV. The tv will lose sync config (audio>expert settings>latency). If trying to correct the audio sync from the tv, anytime a video is changed/opened from youtube, prime video, netflix, etc the sync will change.
Before this I had set the sync to 120ms and EVERYWHERE it syncronized perfectly. Now, its buggy as hell.
Thx in advance, sorry for bothering you again.

@Xekiel Usually need to await fix in the next software update, sometimes with pressing issues interim software is provided in some communities. May I ask where you are bases? I could ask if this could be escalated.
